TO REACH MARTINEZ REGIONAL SHORELINE:
The park is located north of downtown Martinez at the
foot of Ferry Street, near Amtrak’s Martinez train station.
From Highway 4 in northern Contra Costa County,
follow signs for Martinez to the Alhambra Avenue exit; go
north on Alhambra to Escobar Street; right on Escobar to
Ferry Street; left on Ferry and go over the railroad tracks
into the park. The main street through the park is North
Court. There are several parking areas. As you leave
the park, exit Martinez via Berrellesa, one block west of
Alhambra. (Both are one-way streets.)
From I-680 in Martinez, take the Marina Vista exit; left on
Marina Vista to Ferry Street; right onto Ferry and go over
the railroad tracks into the park.
Parking is free, and there’s plenty of it!

confirm route numbers and schedules. Western Contra
Costa Transit Authority (WESTCAT) #30Z connects with El
Cerrito del Norte BART and the Martinez Amtrak station

and #118 connect with N. Concord/Martinez BART and
Concord BART (respectively) and the Martinez Amtrak
station, and County Connection #116 connects with Walnut
